Role Overview
You will be at the forefront of developing scalable, efficient, and safe AI agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step planning. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment, ensuring our models are robust, reliable, and ready for real-world application.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for autonomous agent reasoning and multi-modal interaction.
- Research and optimize state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Collaborate with the product engineering team to translate research findings into scalable production models.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model safety, bias mitigation, and ethical compliance.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier AI conferences.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs, Transformers, or related architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
