Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and distributed training
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in AI/ML
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and CUDA
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of quantum computing principles is highly desirable
