Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on Transformers and reinforcement learning.
- Conduct original research to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and safety in generative tasks.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in research, applied ML, or a relevant PhD track record.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and proficiency in C++ for performance optimization.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues or delivering commercial impact with research.
