In this role, you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and emerging quantum computing paradigms to solve problems currently thought impossible.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architecture for AI and quantum hybrid systems.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation neural networks and quantum algorithms.
- Oversee system security protocols for high-stakes data environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into production-ready code.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 technology stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML architecture and software engineering.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or equivalent simulators.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
