Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing systems tailored for 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models, including deep learning and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products, ensuring seamless scalability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI deployment in cloud and edge environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to ensure system reliability and efficiency under massive data loads.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
