Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems tailored for complex problem-solving.
- Lead the research, integration, and deployment of advanced AI models, including LLMs and Reinforcement Learning.
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 infrastructure roadmap.
- Optimize database performance and system latency in multi-cloud environments.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate theoretical models into production-ready code.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability standards are met.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neural network libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
