Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of integrating with quantum computing protocols by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical definition of the 2026 product roadmap, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and quantum acceleration.
- Model Development: Develop and optimize complex machine learning models, focusing on high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D Innovation: Explore emerging technologies in neural networks and quantum algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying and managing models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven ability to design large-scale, distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
