Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Generative AI Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models, to solve complex business problems.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Engineer robust data pipelines and MLOps pipelines using cloud-native technologies to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous testing frameworks and metrics to evaluate model accuracy, fairness, and safety.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of classical machine learning algorithms.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle unstructured problems and derive insights from massive datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
