Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced deep learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Build scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure reliable deployment and monitoring of production models.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and implement robust data pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching novel architectures and contributing to our patent portfolio.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deployment: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
