Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for next-gen algorithms.
- Conduct rigorous audits and risk assessments on proprietary AI models to ensure compliance with emerging regulations (including the 2026 AI Act).
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and mitigating algorithmic bias in training data and model outputs.
- Establish transparent communication channels with stakeholders, regulators, and the public regarding AI capabilities and limitations.
- Oversee the creation of explainable AI (XAI) documentation and user consent protocols.
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes to anticipate and prepare for future legislative changes.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Masterβs or PhD) in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, ethics, or risk management within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of developing ethical guidelines for large-scale software projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and emerging AI legislation.
