Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for next-generation generative models and autonomous agents.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure real-time performance in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and researchers to define technical requirements.
- Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in AI research and integrate novel techniques into our production pipelines.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact software products in a fast-paced startup environment.
