Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models for the 2026 release cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and low-latency inference.
- Conduct research and prototype novel approaches to natural language processing and computer vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-level code.
