Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance training pipelines for the 2026 model using PyTorch and JAX.
- Optimize model inference speeds and memory efficiency on distributed clusters.
- Conduct rigorous benchmarking and evaluation against state-of-the-art baselines.
- Collaborate with the research team to refine model architectures and training strategies.
- Debug complex numerical instability issues and ensure reproducibility of results.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source documentation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and distributed training.
- Proven track record of optimizing GPU/TPU utilization for large-scale training.
