Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, including NLP and Computer Vision, to solve complex business problems.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable and robust AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure high-quality data ingestion and processing.

- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and optimize inference speeds and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Big Data: Strong experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and SQL.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
