Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and algorithms.
- Research and prototype novel AI architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the AI field to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a senior engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving hard technical challenges.
