Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models (Transformers, GNNs) to solve complex business problems.
- Pipeline Optimization: Build robust, scalable MLOps pipelines to handle data ingestion, processing, and model deployment efficiently.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI architectures and integrating cutting-edge techniques into production.
- Production Deployment: Ensure models are deployed reliably in cloud environments (AWS/GCP) with low latency and high availability.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define AI requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks is highly preferred.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
