Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures for Year 2026 predictive AI systems.
- Lead R&D initiatives in deep learning, neural networks, and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Optimize data pipelines for real-time inference and massive data throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define technical vision and roadmap.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
