Job Description
We are on a mission to define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. Quantum Horizon AI is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation autonomous agents and multimodal generative systems.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, designing the neural architectures that will power the future of enterprise automation. You will work alongside world-class researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and cognitive computing.
If you are passionate about building scalable, ethical, and transformative AI systems and want to shape the future of technology, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Lead the architectural design for state-of-the-art machine learning systems, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and adaptability for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Optimize Large Language Models: Spearhead the fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs, utilizing techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to enhance accuracy and reduce hallucination.
- Build Autonomous Agents: Develop and refine AI agents capable of complex reasoning, tool use, and multi-step decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Oversee MLOps Pipelines: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring models are deployed, monitored, and retrained seamlessly.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Guide and mentor a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Deep Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Tool Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Research Mindset: Proven ability to read and implement cutting-edge research papers (e.g., arXiv) to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
