Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance infrastructure for AI workloads using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to optimize model deployment and inference pipelines for cost and speed.
- Implement and enforce robust security best practices and compliance standards across all cloud environments.
- Drive architectural decisions that influence the technical trajectory of the company for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for critical production systems, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Deep expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and scripting.
- Experience deploying and managing large-scale Machine Learning models and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
