Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Define technical standards, architecture patterns, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning to optimize system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on machine learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
