Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Hardware) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
