Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructures optimized for 2026 and beyond, focusing on low-latency processing and massive scalability.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research in Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal AI, and autonomous agents to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Strategic Implementation: Translate high-level technical concepts into concrete architectural blueprints and guide engineering teams through execution.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish robust frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment in sensitive environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to align AI capabilities with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI products that handle millions of transactions and complex data patterns.
- Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and the ability to anticipate future trends in technology.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
