Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Pioneering Research: Spearhead research initiatives in 2026-era technologies, including self-aware agents and ethical AI frameworks.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for edge-computing applications.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust for high-performance computing.
- Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in novel ways.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
