Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI architectures for complex, large-scale projects.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish guidelines and frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in our models.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers into production-ready code and system components.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system performance, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing microservices and cloud-native AI applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous technical problems creatively.
