Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for future computing hardware.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Transformer models and Generative AI frameworks.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Define best practices for data pipeline architecture and MLOps workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and data privacy standards across all projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
