Core Responsibilities:

- Lead the architectural design of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Oversee the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Define and implement ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate the 2026 vision into technical reality.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for edge computing environments.
- Conduct high-level research on emerging technologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
