Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the architectural vision for our 2026 roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like Quantum AI and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of machine learning models, from research to production deployment.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team focused on technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying successful production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network optimization, distributed systems, and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
