Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning platforms aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Design and optimize deep learning models for high-scale deployment in production environments, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define and execute technical strategies.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across all AI infrastructure using best practices in DevOps and MLOps.
- Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, particularly in Generative AI, LLMs, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
