Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for autonomous agents.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and product managers to define product roadmap requirements.

- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience architecting systems that handle petabytes of data with low latency.
- Expertise in C++, CUDA, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing, computer vision, or multi-modal learning paradigms.
