Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, state-of-the-art Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning models tailored for 2026 computing paradigms.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex software ecosystems and hardware interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness in compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong background in MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or simulation tools is a significant plus.
