Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced Generative AI models, including LLMs and multimodal systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance to mitigate risk.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience leading AI strategy initiatives and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
