Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical implementation of our 2026 strategic AI roadmap, defining the vision for next-gen models.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for high-volume machine learning inference and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformers, and neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
