Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the architectural vision and technical strategy for our 2026 AI product suite, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in AI engineering.
- Integration & Deployment: Lead the integration of AI models into production environments using MLOps practices to ensure reliability and performance.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Neuromorphic computing) to prepare our infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and high-availability architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
