Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and style guides across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with persuasive storytelling.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-device compatibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or graphic design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced animation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and animation principles.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
