As a key player in our design studio, you will translate complex concepts into fluid, compelling motion graphics that delight users and drive conversion. You will work at the intersection of art and technology, ensuring every pixel serves a purpose.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-fidelity 2D motion graphics, icons, and UI elements for web and mobile applications.
- Create vector illustrations and static assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and art directors to define visual strategies and maintain brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Present design concepts and interactive prototypes to stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in motion design and UI/UX to innovate our product offerings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Strong command of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer) is highly preferred.
- A robust portfolio showcasing commercial projects and detailed animation sequences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to technical teams.
