Responsibilities
- Design & Animation: Create high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate closely with the creative director and UX team to conceptualize and execute motion strategies that align with brand guidelines.
- Asset Management: Optimize animations for various platforms, ensuring fast load times and seamless performance across devices.
- Project Leadership: Lead the motion design process from concept sketches to final render, providing mentorship to junior designers when necessary.
- Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives through movement, using timing, spacing, and easing to create emotional resonance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of 2D motion work, including character animation, kinetic typography, and UI motion.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of video codecs, rendering pipelines, and optimization techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
