In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, translating high-fidelity concepts into fluid, performant animations that enhance user engagement. You will work closely with product managers, UX researchers, and frontend developers to ensure our digital products are not only functional but visually stunning.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animations for web and mobile applications using After Effects and Figma.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive motion design library and style guide to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into engaging motion sequences.
- Work closely with frontend developers to implement animations using CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and GSAP, ensuring optimal performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct A/B testing on motion elements to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation technology, and visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, easing, and the principles of animation.
- Experience with web animation technologies (CSS3, HTML5, WebGL, GSAP) is highly preferred.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong command of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and motion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
