Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 technical roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems that integrate advanced AI and automation.
- Drive innovation in emerging technologies, including predictive analytics and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science pipelines.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
