Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to identify emerging tech trends, AI integration opportunities, and architectural shifts required to dominate the market by 2026.
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Create robust, cloud-native system designs that can handle exponential growth, security challenges, and evolving data paradigms.
- Predictive Modeling & Prototyping: Build sandboxes and proof-of-concepts to validate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) before full-scale deployment.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide the engineering team in adopting modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and Microservices.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives to integrate Generative AI and advanced machine learning models into core business workflows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex engineering initiatives.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with strong experience in designing distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, specifically in Kubernetes and Serverless computing.
- AI & ML Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to integrate and manage AI/ML models within production environments.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable technical roadmaps and timelines.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
