Responsibilities

- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI infrastructures, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- R&D Direction: Lead a cross-functional team in researching emerging technologies, ensuring Nebula Horizon remains at the vanguard of the industry.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of AI models for speed, accuracy, and ethical compliance in real-time environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and implement future-tech trends, specifically in Generative AI and Quantum computing integration.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
