Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap Systems: Design and implement high-level system architecture for AI solutions focused on the 2026 technological horizon, including autonomous agents and generative workflows.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency for future growth.
- Research & Prototyping: Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) development for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the optimization of AI models for edge devices and low-latency environments, ensuring real-time processing capabilities.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across product and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and scale systems to handle massive data loads.
