Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
