Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and product knowledge
- Process transactions and maintain accurate POS records remotely
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales
- Collaborate with team on sales targets and promotions
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone/email during remote days
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and remote work tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- COVID-19 vaccination required for in-person shifts
