Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves with inventory according to planogram standards
- Ensure product freshness and rotate FIFO items systematically
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and hand carts safely and efficiently
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store opening
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts (weekends required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
