Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planogram standards
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance during overnight/early morning shifts
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Operate inventory management systems and scanning technology
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training
