Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to prepare for daily operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and stockroom equipment safely
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Attention to detail in product placement and rotation
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Punctuality and dependability for early start times
- Willingness to work in refrigerated environments as needed
