Responsibilities
- Stock, arrange, and rotate merchandise in assigned departments according to company standards
- Unload delivery trucks and organize inventory in the stockroom
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and displayed attractively
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in stock areas and sales floors
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks based on inventory levels
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, early morning schedule (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing verification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification a plus
