Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash with high attention to detail.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a safe shopping environment by following all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using technology.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
