Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the store displays are appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all visitors.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting as needed.
- Upsell products and promote current promotions and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
