Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.
- Assist customers with finding products and provide excellent customer service.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform daily floor maintenance and facility upkeep.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus.
